How To Lose Belly Fat With A 7 Minute Workout

Here’s how to lose belly fat with a simple 7 minute workout you can do at home. This is way better than jogging and crunches… and way shorter, only 7 minutes. If you do this workout 4 times a week (28 minutes), you’ll literally lose belly fat by the end of the first week.

Hundreds of my clients have pretty much proven this to be the best and most efficient way to lose stomach fat.

Lose Belly Fat Workout

1. Hindu Squats

This is a no weights squat version. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while you either swipe or touch your finger tips to the ground with each repetition. You’ll do this for 5 minutes. Do as many repetitions as possible. Your goal is to get at least 100 in 5 minutes. This melts off the stomach fat fast.

So total time, 5 minutes so far.

2. Spinning around in a circle like a child

This is a breakthrough exercise that does so much besides helping you to lose weight. It literally gives you instant energy after a few times of doing it. Here’s what you do.

Spin clockwise 5-15 repetitions with your arms out like airplane wings. Do however many spins it takes to get slightly dizzy. You don’t want to get extremely dizzy. Then you will repeat that number for a total of 8 different sets of spinning. Each set of spins takes 15 seconds or so.

Total time for spinning, 2 minutes. Note: You don’t have to do all the sets of spins one after another, you can spread them out over the whole day.

Now, the reason spinning around in a circle works is because it stimulates your Endocrine System into balancing out your hormonal imbalances. Just about everyone has an imbalance. The imbalance in hormones is causing you to gain weight and hurting your ability to lose weight.
