I bought this book several years ago because I wanted to know what all the hype was about. I was extremely skeptical because I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and there are thousands of books out there with the latest and greatest fad. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that this book was not some skimpy guide but a full lifetime of everything that I had learned in a very concise and easy to use book. It will teach you how to eat intelligently and make good lifestyle choices so that once you have lost all of your body fat you will keep it off. The information contained in this book is actually volumes more than what the standard personal trainer is required to know to get certified. In fact if you learn this book inside and out you could easily pass any nutrition portion of a fitness trainer exam. It will even teach you the basics of cardio and exercise planning.
Most trainers charge more for 1 hour of consultation than the cost of this book which is amazing because someone can get much more out of the book than they will for that time. If you want to change your life through nutrition and really understanding the why and how it works then you should pick up a copy of this and invest some time in reading. The techniques you will learn through food selection will supercharge your metabolism and leave you feeling amazed at how easy it is to steadily drop body fat. When you implement the diet plans and carido plans you will double the efficiency of the fat burning.
